Later joined the Operations Division, handling on-site improvements at various stores, launching new locations, and providing external consulting.

Appointed Business Planning Manager in the Corporate Division.

December 2024 Resigned from Tysons & Company after 10 years of service

Became independent. Continues to provide operational consulting for clients from the previous company. Currently involved in menu development for restaurants in the Hakuba ski resort area.
