In addition to providing basic start-up services, we also assist with product development, private branded product distribution, import/export setup, franchise development in the U.S., licensing agreements, and management support as outside advisors.
We act as a single point of contact to assist in handling the various challenges you may face expanding into new markets. This is part of our comprehensive support for marketing openings including market analysis, brand building, establishing headquarters operations, preparing employment documents, and advising human resource management.

Since 2003, the motif of the movie "Kill Bill". Gonpachi Gonpachi created the Japanese restaurant scene . La Bohem the restaurant scene in Japan.
Global Dining Co. After working as GM, unit manager of multiple restaurants, and service instructor for La Bohem, he participated in the launch of Global Dining Macau in 2009. In 2011, he joined Global Dining California Inc. a subsidiary of Global Dining California Inc. in the U.S., as a GM manager with local rights.
2012 Appointed CEO of Iteam restaurant group inc.
Currently Hotland, Inc. (former Item Co., Ltd.),where he was involved in store management for three years. In addition, he has been involved in launching new stores and consulting on the U.S. business of the current Asrapport Kim Kats business.
2015 SAPE LLC established.
2015 Appointed CEO of AFURI USA INC. 1st AFURI store outside of Japan. AFURI IZAKAYA the first AFURI restaurant outside Japan, in Portland Oregon, U.S.A.
2018 Europe Lisbon, Portugal Poartafui LDA Founded; became CEO. First European expansion, with two stores.
2018 Founded AFURI Franchise inc. and became CEO. New business model AFURI ramen + dumpling Started franchise development.

2020 AFURI JAPAN Appointed COO. 2022- Director
2021 Appointed CEO of Tanaka international Inc. of Katsu Sandwich TANAKA Tanaka opens a new restaurant, Kushikatsu Sando no Tanaka Co. Establishes a joint venture with Kushikatsu Tanaka Holdings Co. Sells his shareholding in January 2025.
The company opened its first directly managed store during the pandemic and currently operates three stores in Portland, OR.

2016 Daikanyama IVY PLACE Appointed Chef de Cuisine of
2020 WORKED AS CHEF DE CUISINE AT CRISTA AOYAMA, THEN JOINED THE SALES DIVISION, WHERE HE WORKED ON SITE IMPROVEMENT TASKS AT EACH STORE, LAUNCHED NEW STORES, AND PROVIDED OUTSIDE CONSULTING SERVICES BEFORE BECOMING BUSINESS PLANNING MANAGER AT THE ADMINISTRATION DIVISION.
Dec. 2024, retired from Tyson & Company, where he stayed for 10 years.
Independent. Continued consulting on restaurant operations for clients in the former. Currently working on a menu program for a restaurant in the Hakuba ski resort area.

Trained in Japanese cuisine at hotels and kappo restaurants in Japan and came to the U.S. alone in 2004.
2004-2008 Started his career in the U.S. as head chef at a Japanese restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee.
Since 2009, he has been working at Global Dining California Inc. Gonpachi Los Angeles as an Executive sushi chef.
He is a Michelin chef 2012, James beard and winner of the Michael Mina of the Four Season Hotel Pabu He will develop a new sushi izakaya business in Baltimore as executive sushi chef.
2014 Launch in Pabu San Francisco as Executive sushi chef and launch a monster restaurant with monthly sales of 1.5 million USD
2016 Founded Y's 04 LLC
In 2016, he joined AFURI USA INC as a Corporate Chef / Chef de Cuisne from the first restaurant, where he was involved in product and business development and traveled around the world opening and leading 15 restaurants outside of Japan.
2021 Developed the business format of Tanaka international Inc. and provided guidance on product development
